I know that doing business on the Internet has received a bad name. Well, rest assured I am not one of the bad ones. However, I have been burned too. So to avoid that, I have some rules as well.
I think this is an important part of doing business so here we go. I am not happy if you are not happy. I want you to be satisfied. Of course remember though, that I am not a major store. My items are 99% new. If the item being offered is used, I will indicate so and do my very best to describe the condition of the item, but I am human.
If you have a question, ask before you buy, because although I will consider a refund, know that you will have to pay for shipping the item back to me and then your original shipping fees are not refundable. Paypal also charges me a few and I have to pay for my shipping materials. Buyers remorse or change of mind is not covered. :)
I do not accept refunds "just because". So please understand that I will have to deduct these fees out of your refund.
Seriously, these are fairly reasonable rules. If you have a question or problem, I am sure we can work it out.

The Coach items I sell are purchased at a Coach store/outlet. I buy them because I have found them on sale and would like to pass the savings to you. So, I hope you are able to find something you like. Yes, they are 100% authentic. You get a store receipt with each purchase. So. come in. browse and maybe you will find something this time, If you don't, then it is still okay. I am glad you stopped by.
Each Coach item will arrive with the gift receipt which indicates the Coach item, my name, as I purchased them, and the location where item was purchased.
Again, my items are 100% authentic and I back that in full. I am not affiliated with Coach in any way, but I do love their merchandise and enjoy bringing their items to you, especially when they have such a great price.
If you don't find anything this time, it is okay. Maybe next time. For now, I enjoy selling what I have. After all, life is not about what we have, but about what we give. I cannot take it with me..so again..I try to live stress free, drama free..and in return, I try to find God's peace.
I ship most of my items PRIORITY SHIPPING and INSURED unless you prefer another way. Delivery confirmation is immediately sent to you so you can track your package directly from Paypal. If the item is over $50.00 I request insurance and that is for your protection and mine. ALL COACH bags MUST have insurance.
Sometimes I will also send items First Class, again depending on weight and item.
If you prefer not to purchase insurance, then I will not be held responsible if your item is lost or damaged. I think the price of insurance is a small price to pay for peace of mind. However, I leave that choice to you.
Please remember that the Post Office closed on certain holidays and if we get snow or ice in NC, we are shut down. I can tell you that if they are open, I will ship to you.
I ship out the same day I receive your payment. I accept Paypal, and Money Orders.
I do not ship to unverified addresses.

Warranty and Guarantees
If there is a problem with your order, YOU MUST contact me within 24 hours of receiving item and make me aware of the situation so I can attempt to rectify it. After having the item over 24 hrs, I will assume everything is okay and no returns will be accepted. Coach bags MUST BE RETURNED to the seller INSURED for RETAIL PRICE, and with delivery confirmation. You must provide the seller with this information via email. Once item has been received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, the refund will be processed in the same manner as it was paid.
